Disclaimer of the itinerary
We will try to stick to our plan for the upper Mustang trek according to the itinerary. However, if the situation calls for it, we may have to make changes to our schedule. Natural disasters, strikes, or any unavoidable circumstances can bring about changes to our plan. However, we will deal with it together and search for a solution.
Best Time:
The ideal time for the Ghandruk and Ghorepani trip is during the spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) seasons when the weather is favorable, offering clear skies and pleasant temperatures.
Transportation:
Transportation for the trip includes a combination of private and public vehicles, depending on the specific itinerary. Private vehicles may be used for certain segments, while local buses or jeeps could be part of the journey.
Local Flight:
There are no local flights involved in the Ghandruk and Ghorepani trip, as the trekking route is primarily accessible by road.
Joining Instructions:
Participants are advised to gather at the designated meeting point, which will be communicated in advance. Detailed joining instructions, including the schedule and any specific requirements, will be provided by Adventure Master Trek before the trip.

- Wear proper gear and comfortable shoes while you go on this trek, upper mustang

Travel Insurance:
For the Upper Mustang trek, you need to have travel insurance. It is a long hike in a remote area, and there is a chance of getting altitude sickness. There are no proper healthcare facilities in the area, so if the trekker needs medical help beyond first aid, we can only fly them to a hospital in Kathmandu or Pokhara. When it comes to building basic infrastructure, the Mustang region of Nepal has not been touched. So, the upper Mustang does not have any places to get medical help.

Problems with arrival
If your flight gets canceled or if your trip gets postponed, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can work accordingly. If you fail to do so, you may have to pay for an extra night. Visa and Entry Requirements
Adventure Master has nothing to do with Nepal’s visa. The guest is the one who needs to get the visa. We can only help you get the visa by giving you an official letter. confirming your trip. Our policy says that you must pay the cancellation fee if you cannot get a visa. For people from certain countries, Nepal gives visas when they arrive. When you arrive At one of Nepal’s entry points, like the Tribhuvan International Airport, you can apply for a visa (TIA). The process is easy and does not take that long. To get the visa, you will need a valid passport and a few other things. Keep in mind that this service is only for people who live in certain countries. Check to See if you need a visa to go to Nepal before you leave. If your country is not on this list, You can apply for a visa at the Nepalese Embassy or consulate in your home country.
Money Exchange
You must use Nepali money in Nepal. There are many banks and places to exchange money in Kathmandu, where you can get a good rate. You can use your international cards at most ATMs in Kathmandu to get cash. Most hotels, restaurants, cafes, shops, entertainment centers, and other places in Kathmandu accept Visa, Mastercard, and other credit cards. During your trek up the Upper Mustang, there is no money exchange facility. Therefore, make sure you exchange the money in Kathmandu. Hence, the place is rural.
Emergency fund

Cancelation policy:
The cancellation fees are calculated as a percentage of the total tour price:
- Cancellation one week before departure: 15% of full payment will be deducted
- Cancellation on the same day: 25% of full payment will be deducted
Payment process:

- Headlamp or flashlight with extra batteries.
- Trekking poles for added stability.
- Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a wide-brimmed hat.
- Snacks and energy bars for sustenance during the trek.
