STAY IN SMALL TEAHOUSES WITH SIMPLE ROOMS.
While on your trek to Upper Mustang, you will be staying at local tea houses. The tea houses provide you with basic rooms, either twin-bed rooms that include shared washrooms or dormitories. The single rooms are on the expensive side. Also, if you want to have single rooms, you need to inform us as quickly as possible. You can communicate with the locals while you stay and socialize with them. Learn about the local culture and enjoy it.

Kagbeni is the opening point of the upper Mustang. We will trek through the Kali Gandaki River. On the trail, you will be able to view the Tangbe village with its whitewashed houses. The trail will be a little harder today because it goes uphill. But the trail is beautiful because you can see different types of land and a steep slope. The trek takes between 6 and 7 hours. So, the path will lead to the town on the ridge. Later, we will go back down the trail to the huge gorge. You will see juniper trees along the walk.After that, we'll cross a river and climb up to a mountain pass before going down to a small village. We will get to syangmoche in the end.We will spend the night here, too.

Early in the morning, we will keep going on our way to climb the beautiful Tsarang La pass. On the way to the trail, we will cross a river and walk on different kinds of land. We will go down from the Tsarang La Pass to tsarang, a beautiful mountain town where you can see the beautiful mountains. Therefore, we will be spending the night in this beautiful village surrounded with snow capped mountains and stunning scenery.
The old capital of the Kingdom of Lo was in Lo manthang. We will leave early in the morning to go to Lo manthang. Along the way, we will see a lot of beautiful views. Also, you will be able to stop at nice vantage spots with sweeping views of the area. Some of the important mountain peaks in this area are Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, and the other Himalayan mountains. Lastly, you will get to Lo Manthang through the Sungda chorten, which is the border between Tsarang and Lo Manthang.

We will be hiking towards Chusang. This trail takes you to several important places in this area, such as the well-known Ranching Chungs Cave. We will look around the cave and learn about its past. This day is full of discovering new things. After that, we will cross Djong La Pass and Taklam La on our way to Chusang village.
Today’s hike will be so beautiful and full of wonderful things to see and do. On the way down to Jomson, you can also see beautiful views of the Nilgiri and Dhaulagiri mountains. To get to the famous town of Jomsom, you will have to walk for about 5 to 6 hours through forests, fields, green hills, and villages. Jomson is a beautiful city with many places to visit. We will take a break for a while, and you can spend the rest of the evening going to different shops or places.
After the beautiful sunrise, we will head to the airport to catch the flight to Pokhara. The end of our trip has come. The trip is both beautiful and hard. When we get to the hotel, you can take a break and rest. Pokhara is a beautiful place with many places to visit, such as Fewa lake, Devi's fall, Mahendra cave, and many more. PERMITS FOR THE TREK
The Upper Mustang lies near the border with Tibet; it is considered a restricted area. This means that the cost of the permit to enter the area is high: $500 per person for 10 days and $50 for each day after that. This Restricted Area Permit (RAP) is valid from the time you leave Kagbeni on this trip until the time you return to Kagbeni. TRAVEL INSURANCE:
For the Upper Mustang trek, you need to have travel insurance. It is a long hike in a remote area, and there is a chance of getting altitude sickness. There are no proper healthcare facilities in the area, so if the trekker needs medical help beyond first aid, we can only fly them to a hospital in Kathmandu or Pokhara. When it comes to building basic infrastructure, the Mustang region of Nepal has not been touched. So, the upper Mustang does not have any places to get medical help.

Our policy says that you must pay the cancellation fee if you cannot get a visa. For people from certain countries, Nepal gives visas when they arrive. When you arrive At one of Nepal’s entry points, like the Tribhuvan International Airport, you can apply for a visa (TIA). The process is easy and does not take that long. To get the visa, you will need a valid passport and a few other things. Keep in mind that this service is only for people who live in certain countries. Check to See if you need a visa to go to Nepal before you leave. If your country is not on this list, You can apply for a visa at the Nepalese Embassy or consulate in your home country.
Money Exchange
You must use Nepali money in Nepal. There are many banks and places to exchange money in Kathmandu, where you can get a good rate. You can use your international cards at most ATMs in Kathmandu to get cash. Most hotels, restaurants, cafes, shops, entertainment centers, and other places in Kathmandu accept Visa, Mastercard, and other credit cards.
