STAY IN SMALL TEAHOUSES WITH SIMPLE ROOMS.

While on your trek to Upper Mustang, you will be staying at local tea houses. The tea houses provide you with basic rooms, either twin-bed rooms that include shared washrooms or dormitories. The single rooms are on the expensive side. Also, if you want to have single rooms, you need to inform us as quickly as possible. You can communicate with the locals while you stay and socialize with them. Learn about the local culture and enjoy it.

DAL BHAT POWER 24 HOURS, TASTE THE AUTHENTIC NEPALI DISH

Dal bhat is a traditional Nepalese food that is made with rice, lentils, a curry made with seasonal vegetables, and pickles. This is the superfood that will help you the most when you go hiking. There might not be a lot of food choices at the teahouses where we will stay. But you will be able to find some new foods, like momo or thukpa, as well as other dishes from the area.
