Upper Mustang and Lower Mustang are the two different parts of Mustang. Upper Mustang is known for its remote, culturally preserved villages, and the walled city of Lo Manthang. Next is Lower Mustang, which is more accessible and home to spiritual sites like Muktinath Temple and the Kali Gandaki Gorge.

Lower Mustang also offers views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges while following the Kali Gandaki Gorge, one of the world’s deepest.
